Refund and Cancellation Policy

CSR Council values transparency in all transactions related to memberships, subscriptions, and event registrations.

Memberships and Subscriptions

• Fees paid for memberships or subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

• In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds will be processed upon verification.

Event Registrations

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before an event may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

• Transfers of registration to another participant may be allowed upon request.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team with proof of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, using the original payment method.

Exceptions

CSR Council reserves the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be issued to registered participants.
