The Council brings together experts from across industries – CSR heads, sustainability professionals, foundation leaders, social entrepreneurs, academicians and students, who are committed to driving meaningful change through responsible business practices.

Eligibility Criteria

The CSR Times Council invites applications from professionals and organizations that have demonstrated a commitment to social responsibility and sustainable impact. Eligibility includes:

Senior professionals actively engaged in CSR, sustainability, or ESG functions.
Founders, CEOs, or senior leaders of NGOs, social enterprises, or corporate foundations.
Academicians, researchers, and consultants contributing to CSR and social impact discourse.
Representatives from public sector undertakings (PSUs) and government institutions working on social development initiatives.
Individuals with proven experience in conceptualizing, implementing, or monitoring CSR or sustainability projects.

Every individual onboarded will first be designated as a Council Member. Later, based on their expertise and regional representation, they may be appointed as an Executive Council Member for a tenure of one year unders category heads such as Education, Health, Women, Sustainability etc.

The Role and Impact of a CSR Council Member

Being a Council Member at CSR Times is not just an honorary title-it’s an opportunity to influence, inspire, and innovate. Members of the Council are recognized thought leaders who contribute to shaping CSR conversations nationally and internationally. Thought Leadership- Sharing perspectives on policy, governance, and innovation in CSR through authored articles, interviews, and research contributions.
Sectoral Advocacy- Promoting thematic areas such as education, skill development, healthcare, gender inclusion, environmental sustainability, and rural transformation.
Mentorship and Guidance-Supporting emerging CSR professionals, social entrepreneurs, and NGOs with insights from practical experience.
Representation: Acting as ambassadors of CSR Times at key events, discussions, and forums across India.
Recognition- Helping identify and facilitate recognition for outstanding contributors in CSR through awards and honours.
